Pizza Dough Using Your Bread Machine
If you love it, like pizza, I will, you love your bread machine. This little invention makes great bread quickly, but you can make enough pizza dough to 1 hours to feed a football team. Here's how I do it.
The complete dough cycle is too long and not necessary. For the pizza dough, you want your dough to rise slowly. This developed into a very tasty pizza crust with lots of character. I have my bread machine on dough setting and add all My ingredients.
Here is my recipe for pizza dough:
3 cups flour
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon yeast
1 1 / 12 cups warm water
2 tablespoons olive oil
Try my recipe for Bruschetta:
3 cups flour
1 tablespoon salt
1 tsp. of dried minced garlic
1 tablespoon dried Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon yeast
1 1 / 12 cups warm water
2 tablespoons olive oil
After 10 or 15 minutes you should have a bouncing ball of dough can be found in your bread> Machine. If it is too sticky add more flour. Then take the dough ball out of your bread machine and then sprayed them put in an oiled freezer bag. Put them in the fridge until your ready to make pizza. Check it after a few hours. If it rises too much punch it down.
If your dough in the refrigerator, it slows down the yeast production and offers a nice slow rise. When you are ready to make pizza, (2-4 days), take dough and let it rise again at room temperature. This willa pizza crust that all will love.
